Very professional agency with a realistic approach. Responsive and very pleasant staff

We had an appointment with an M2 agent on Saturday, 29 August at 11:00 AM for a property viewing, as we are currently looking to buy an apartment or house in Luxembourg. We travelled around 35 minutes to get there and arrived 15 minutes early. Unfortunately, the agent did not show up at the scheduled time. We waited for approximately 30 minutes without receiving any information. I then called the agent, but there was no answer initially. Around 30 minutes later, she called me back and apologized, explaining that she had forgotten to cancel the appointment. We completely understand that mistakes can happen, but forgetting an appointment after clients have travelled 35 minutes and arrived early is, in our opinion, very unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for the client’s time. What is especially disappointing is that a simple phone call or message in advance could have avoided the entire situation. As potential property buyers, we expect a real estate agency to demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and good communication. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.
